Primary Care
Primary care has changed over the years, with this membership based program we are rethinking primary care. Our patients will have access to same or next day appointments with our provider, prescription refills, as well as referrals to specialists. We understand how important your health is which is why our team is dedicated to providing the best possible care for our patients.
Prescription refills
Unable to get your prescriptions refilled? At our clinic we work with multiple different pharmacies and are able to send prescription refills as well as new prescriptions to be filled. We understand how important it is to have your medications filled on time, with our program we will help you to get those medications. Patients will be able to call our office directly for prescription refills.
Prior Authorizations
We understand how difficult it can be to get prior authorizations for different medical services like CAT scans, MRIs, Ultra sounds, diagnostic testing, laboratory tests, etc. With our membership program patients will have access to prior authorizations from our providers to use at the local hospitals.
Procedures
Our clinic will also be providing small scale procedures such as:
- Laceration repairs
- Biopsies
- Joint Injections
- Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy (OMT)

Dr. Kamlesh Bajpai
Dr. Bajpai is our main provider at the clinic. Dr. Bajpai graduated from Midwestern University - Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Throughout his career Dr. Bajpai has worked in Osteopathic medicine, family medicine, Geriatric medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Brian gillis
Dr. Gillis is a board certified specialist, he is certified in proctology and family practice. Dr. Gillis has worked as a proctologist for over 20 years. Recently Dr. Gillis opened a wellness clinic that focuses on weight management and maintaining a healthier lifestyle. Membership pricing
We are a membership based program which gives patients access to primary healthcare, prescription refills, specialty referrals, and more.
Membership fee: $100 per month
(Membership includes unlimited access to our services per month).
Procedure fee: $200 per procedure
Cancellation policy: Patients are able to cancel their membership anytime, we just ask that you give us a 30 day notice before cancelling so we can inform new patients. Patients may be required to pay an additional $100 at cancellation time if the 30 day notice is not given.
We do not accept insurance. However, we do accept some HSA/FSA cards to pay for the access fees. Check with your HSA/FSA vendor to verify.
We will be offering a student discount on monthly membership fees for all high school and college students.
$25 per month for high school and college students. (Must show student ID)
