To get started, please watch Dr. Gillis’s educational video and print out the pre-screening and consent forms. Bring these with you on any Wednesday between 1:00–5:45 PM.
We offer FREE consultations, so no appointment is needed—just walk in during these hours to meet with Dr. Gillis. During your visit, you’ll review your health history, ask any questions, and decide together whether you’d like to begin care that same day.
As always, there’s no obligation, no pressure, and no contracts to sign at our office. If you choose to wait, you’re welcome to return on any Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday to get started—without needing to repeat this process.
Our GLP therapies start at just $149/month.

Becoming a patient at Dr. Gillis' Wellness Center
Start by watching our educational video featuring Dr. Gillis. This video is required for all potential patients before enrolling. After viewing, you’ll have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with Dr. Gillis to ask any questions and review whether the program is right for you. There is no obligation or commitment to join.
If you choose to move forward, we can get you started the same day. During your visit, we’ll teach you how to give your first injection and monitor you briefly to ensure there is no reaction. You’ll then take the remaining injections home to administer on your own.
If you prefer not to do injections at home, our office staff is happy to administer your weekly injection for you.
When you’re nearing your last injection, you’ll return for a follow-up visit so we can review your progress, assess your weight loss, and adjust your dosage if needed.
Refills are available during the following hours:
Mondays & Tuesdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
