Convenience Care Membership

We are excited to announce that our clinic will be expanding and offering membership based primary care!

We understand how difficult it can be to find primary care that’s affordable, that is why we are introducing our Wellness Membership program. This program will offer prescription refills, prior authorizations, small scale procedures, primary care and more! For $100 a month you can become a patient of our wellness membership program and have access to all our services.

Dr. Kamlesh Bajpai will be our main provider at the Wellness Membership program, he will be available via telehealth in the beginning days as we grow our patient base. Dr. Bajpai is a well known doctor in the area who has worked in Osetopathic medicine, family medicine, Geriatric medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology. We are excited to have Dr. Bajpai join our team and offer his services to the members of our community.
